If you are taking public transportation, the Cathedral is right across the street from the Park Street Station (RED Line, GREEN Line), 2 blocks from Downtown Crossing Station (ORANGE Line) and 4 blocks from Government Center Station (BLUE Line). South Station (MBTA Commuter Rail & AmTrak) is a 10 minute walk.

The Ministry Discernment Conference is offered by the bishops and the Commission on Ministry and is intended to provide an in-depth look at the 2019 Ministry Discernment Handbook and to give potential applicants to the ordination process an opportunity to explore their sense of call and whether that call is to ordained ministry or committed lay ministry.
Any person considering applying for admission to the ordination process in 2019 is required to attend the Conference, along with his or her sponsoring priest and at least one member of the Parish Discernment Committee. Discernment Committees are appointed by the sponsoring priest and should be named before the Conference so that as many members as wish to may attend. One member of the Discernment Committee must be a member of the Vestry. We also encourage inquirers to bring their spouses or partners to the Conference.
The cost per person is $20 and includes registration, conference materials and lunch. You may pay by check or credit card.
