COOKING CLUB SESSION 12: Holiday Breakfast & Brunch ~ Cooking for a Crowd - Wednesday, December 19th, 6:00-8:30pm

 

In this NEW adult cooking club series, led by Chef Deja Hart, we will cook, bake and experiment with ingredients, spices and preparation methods from countries around the world! *Suitable for cooks of all levels. All you need is a passion for food, sharing ideas and a love of cooking. We will enjoy everything we make together, accompanied by wine tastings.  

How it works: Sign up for any Cooking Club class that peaks your interest. At your first class you will receive a Newport Cooks Club Card.  Each time you take a club class your card will be punched.  After 5 classes you will receive a free Newport Cooks Embroidered Apron; and after every 10th class you will get 1 class FREE!

Whether you want to create a memorable breakfast for the one you love or you are cooking for a larger group of guests, this is the class for you! Chef Deja Hart will show us where we can be more efficient when cooking for two or twenty! In this hands on class we will make Avocado Toast Crostinis with Proscuitto Crisps, Gruyere Popover-Poached Egg & Lobster Sandwiches, Crepes Suzette with Ginger-Mascarpone Filling, Rhed's Bloody Marys and Pomegranate Mimosas

 Please Note: We cook and bake with the very best ingredients we can purchase which may include gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, fish & shellfish. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate for special diets and/or severe allergies in our cooking club classes.
