Supplies Needed:

Bring a container to use as a sandtray. You do not have to go out and purchase one, you can probably find something at home. Some ideas: a baking pan (at least 9x13), I find the lid of the boxes that reams of paper for the photocopier come in to be a good size. Here are a couple ideas of what size we’d be looking for. On the bigger end there’s https://www.target.com/p/hefty-40-qt-lidded-plastic-storage-tub/-/A-16644160 and on the smaller end https://www.amazon.com/Small-Liter-Portable-Sand-Tray/dp/B00K9ANWAQ/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1497014708&sr=8-3&keywords=sand+tray

As for the sand, any clean sand will work. You can use play sand that can be purchased at major craft stores. Don’t forget to bring your favorite miniature assortment.
