Mary Weaver has been cooking and baking vegetarian delights for over 25 years and is excited to share some of her favorite recipes with you in this hands on class. Menu: Wild Mushroom Wellington, Brussels Sprouts Hash, Cranberry Chutney, Sweet Potato Corn Muffins and Brandied Pumpkin Custard Pie with Ginger Snap Crust (GF, DF) We’ll also taste wines to compliment the menu.
