South Area E-Tracker Reveille Jan 11-13, 2019 

Join us for the South Area E-tracker Reveille.  This Campout will teach Friends, Companions, Explorers and Rangers about Recreation, Health & Science.  You will be able to meet Pathfinders from other clubs, earn honors, and have an exciting weekend at Fisheating Creek Outpost.

All Staff 18+ need to be STV/VV cleared in order to attend.  No Exceptions. Please see below for details needed.

Payment

Friends   -­  Explorer :  $14.00

 Rangers   -­   $35.00   –   This   includes   rental   of   canoes   and   camping    

Staff   -­ $14.00       ( exception   –   those   going   with   Rangers   in   canoes   -­   $35.00)   Saturday    

Note:   Fees   include   materials   and   activities.     Rangers   will   have   an   activity   on   Sunday .   

FL Conference accepts church checks (post-marked by Wednesday, January 2th).

FULL payment is expected prior to attending the event.  If full payment is not received, those registered will not be allowed to stay.

Fee Policy:  No refunds. but you can transfer if you sell your ticket to another person. This is a club to club transaction. Conference office will not arrange or follow-up with this.

Attention all Directors attending South Area Rev. you will need to do the following before traveling as to not get disappointed and/or not allowed in at the door the day of the event: 

Background Check List 

Filled , signed and emailed  by Sunday, January 6th  – Non-cleared adults will not be allowed in. Level 2 Administrator of their local church needs to give you the date of their clearance (not their training).
