"Leadership is the ability to get extrodinary achievement from ordinary people."

Join us in Wimberley, Texas for the annual three-day retreat for Texas affiliate leaders - Board Chairs and Vice Chairs, Executive Directors and Deputy Directors!

We will kick off the retreat at our biennial Day at the Dome Advocacy Day at the Texas Capitol Building in Austin, Texas on Tuesday January 29th, beginning at 8:00 a.m. (Your registration includes a free Day at the Dome t-shirt.)

Following Day at the Dome, we will travel to Camp Young Judaea in Wimberley, Texas to begin our retreat. Our time together will center on learning and engaging with each other on how leaders motivate volunteers, donors, staff and board members to do more and give more, all in a fun and productive environment.

Our retreat will be lead by Dr. Miha Vindis, professor at the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin....completely safe and fun for Aggies, Bears, or whatever your stripe.

Most of all, you'll spend time with those who can singularly make a great difference in your ministry.
