2019 CIRCA Boots on the Ground

Please join us for CIRCA's annual Boots on the Ground! 

CIRCA's BotG will be held at the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay hotel. This hotel is conveniently located near Miami International Airport (7.5 miles). Please plan your arrival / departure utilizing the tentative agenda below.

CIRCA has a block of standard rooms for this event at a rate of $229 per night. Please use the form below to confirm your arrival and departure date.

Please note that this event is being held in conjunction with the AGC Safety & Health Conference. The AGC event will be held at the same hotel from January 16-18. CIRCA owners have been made aware of the opportunity for our safety team to take advantage of this additional networking and learning opportunity.

If you are interested in attending the AGC event, you will need to discuss this with your leadership team and get their approval. CIRCA is only covering the cost for the Boots on the Ground dates, but we encourage you to consider the AGC opportunity. Details on the AGC meeting can be found at: http://meetings.agc.org/safety/

If you are staying for the AGC event, you will need to book your hotel room for those dates through the AGC registration. Coordinate your CIRCA departure with the AGC arrival. Whenn you check in for CIRCA's BotG, you can notify the front desk of the two registations and they will link your stays, eliminating the need to check in/out.
