He is well versed on building a business in a highly competitive market. He has a strong background in marketing, staff training, compensation, and developing centers of influence to receive referrals. For five years out if his 35-year career with State Farm he was a sales manager, responsible for hiring and training new State Farm Agents. Phil says that no matter what product you are selling, the ability to develop and maintain clients is the key to your long-term success.
