In this 3-hour, hands-on workshop, Chef Deja Hart (co-owner of Newport Cooks and owner of Rhed's Hot Sauce) will teach us how to ferment like a pro (no experience necessary)! Everyone will go home with a small jar of each item. We'll also enjoy each of the finished products with a cheese & sausage tasting! MENU: Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Sriracha & Kombucha
