Program Description:
Join us for an enlightening and actionable evening. This is your chance to participate in a candid conversation with millennials and career changers - the future of our profession and your practice. What do they really expect or want as compensation? How and in what timeline do they want to progress in their career? What are their preferred form of communication on these topics? What would interest them in acquiring your practice?

After the Q&A session, we will move onto action. How are leading firms creating development and compensation plans for their junior associates? We will hear from firms on what they are actually doing.
