Annual BSEA Updates

presented by

Daniel T.S. Heffernan, Esq.

Special Education Attorney Daniel Heffernan will review the 2018 BSEA case rulings from across Massachusetts. Dan's selection of cases will reflect those which he feels may represent trends in the interpretation of special education laws. After Dan’s presentation, we will break into groups to discuss particular cases. These cases will be emailed to participants in advance, and participants are asked to come prepared by reading these cases in advance. Using the information presented during the morning’s BSEA Updates, participants will be part of a sub-group, that will discuss one of the emailed cases. Each group will summarize their conclusions, and present to the larger group those conclusions.

Attend in person at the Hampton Inn, Natick

Lunch is included - email info@spanmass regarding allergies
