Tax Deduction: The IRS now requires a notice on all registration forms, which informs the attendee of the amount of the registration fee representing food and beverage that is deductible as an ordinary business expense. Attendees will receive credit hours for their attendance at the Subchapter S Bank Association Conference. A packet containing a certificate request form and a worksheet calculating total credits earned will be provided at registration. CPE certificates will be emailed to you within two weeks following receipt of the completed survey form by the Subchapter S Bank Association.

Conference Fee: Conference fee includes all conference sessions, access to conference materials, breakfasts, refreshment breaks, luncheons and receptions.

CLE: The Subchapter S Bank Association will apply for Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credit with the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE for legal/professional responsibility credit.
