CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fees apply whether or not payment has been processed.
If you have to cancel a course, the following cancelation fees will be applied
$2.00 fee for cancelation up to 15 days prior to course date.
$5.00 fee for cancelation within 14 days of course date.
50% of the course cost for cancelation of any courses taught by a third party instructor.
100% of course cost if you fail to show up without canceling.
Transfers/exchanges without incurrence of a fee
You may exchange an attendee for another.
You may transfer into a like course of equal or lesser value within 12 months of course date. With the exception of any courses taught by a third party instructor.
Dress code: Professional business attire- see current SERVPRO uniform policy.
SERVPRO OF SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY REGIONAL TRAINING AND DISTRIBUTION CENTER OR ANY AFFILIATE WILL NOT REMBURSE OR BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FLIGHT OR ACCOMODATION CANCELATION FEES IN THE EVENT OF A CLASS CHANGE OR CANCELLATION.

SERVPRO Marketing - Back to Basics(1 Day):
This one day class is recommended for all SMR’s (or owners) who have less than 1 year of experience in Servpro as well as any experienced SMR’s (or owners) who want to fine tune their basic marketing skills. Basic skill refreshers can still be beneficial to even the most seasoned marketers. If you want to enhance your ability to manage marketing personnel, this class will be very helpful as you learn the newest teaching techniques and can reinforce this with your SMR. Our Scripted Outline method of teaching can be utilized in many ways far beyond the limited questions we will teach in this class. If you don’t know the Scripted Outline process you will find this class extremely beneficial, as this material is not covered in the SMSP.
Course Contents: • Emergency Ready Profile (Review, Helpful Hints, and How To Sell It)
• WorkCenter – Marketing
• Relationship Building – 15 Ways To Know You Are Progressing Without Getting A Job
• Territorial Policy Review
• Scripted Outlines – Short Overview. Concentration on the ERP, Valued Added for Agents, and Strategic Business Partnerships.
