In this hands on and demonstration style class Chef Leah will cover the basics for making some new year’s changes to your old cooking philosophy and techniques using a Paleo style of eating as a guide. She will share her secrets to creating delicious and EASY meals with good health in mind! In class we’ll make and eat: Paleo Quiche, Shepherd's Pie with Grass-fed Beef and Cauliflower Mashed “Potatoes,” Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Bacon, and Paleo Biscuits. We’ll also sample wines to compliment the menu.
