Ripon: Nutrition & Lifestyle Approach for Optimal Health - 21 Days to Preserve Your Health 

REGISTER NOW to join Dr. Colleen Pomplun and Dr. Jennifer Culver, of ChiroPlus for a wellness seminar to jumpstart your healthy 2019.  This 2-session event kicks off on January 10th with an overview of how environmental toxins, stress, food and beverage consumption, sleep, and exercise influence your body and mind.  We'll provide you tools to launch a 21-day whole food detox to reset and renew.  

NEW THIS YEAR...You'll have the opportunity to sign-up for 1:1 and/or Group Health Coaching with Dr. Culver.  Bring your calendar to the kick-off session to reserve at least 2 free group coaching sessions with Dr. Culver and your peers in the program.  NOTE: You can choose between in-person and/or virtual coaching.  1:1 sessions with Dr. Culver are also available for a fee.

Research shows that ongoing support during healthy transitions significantly improves the likihood to complete the program and greater results.  Let Dr. Culver assist you with staying on track.  You'll explore your strengths to help your success and work through the challenges that you've continued to bump into in the past.

Dr. Colleen Pomplun, DC

grew up in Redgranite, Wisconsin and graduated from Wautoma High School. She attended River Falls and UW Oshkosh before going to Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. She received her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology in 1991 and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1993 from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, now Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCUHS). She received her Diplomate in Chiropractic Orthopedics in 2007.  Additionally Dr. Pomplun is an IFM Certified Practitioner through the Institute for Functional Medicine.

Her internships included rotations at Thie Chiropractic Clinic in Pasadena, California, Cal State Northridge Rehabilitation Center, and Salvation Army in Los Angeles and Pasadena. She has had extensive postgraduate education through SCUHS and Northwestern University of Health Sciences, which included 100 hours of sports medicine, 300 plus hours of rehab, 300 plus hours in orthopedics and 100 hours in nutrition.  Colleen has maintained a private practice in Green Lake since 1994, and Wautoma since 2000.

Dr. Jennifer Culver, PhD, CPC, E-RYT, CYKT

grew up in Oconomowoc, WI and graduated from Oconomowoc Senior High School.  She attended both the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee, receiving her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing in 1993 and additional coursework in Management Information Systems.  She was a corporate leader in global organizations for over 15 years.

Jennifer left the corporate world in 2009 to pursue her dream to open a wellness center.  She went on to accomplish many additional certifications: Certified Professional Life Coach with the International Coach Academy, Registered Yoga Teacher through YogAsylum, Reiki Master Teacher, Certified YogaKids Teacher, and Mindfulness Educator.  She also has training and experience running a yoga teacher training program to develop new yoga teachers as well as working with traumatized/stressed youth and adults.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Sedona in 2018 where she pursued additional Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate degrees.  Jennifer is an ordained metaphysical minister and a Doctor of Philosophy, Ph.D., specializing in Holistic Life Coaching.  She is currently enrolled in the Functional Medicine Coach Academy, pursuing a third coaching degree specializing in Functional Medicine.
