A New York State resident must submit an NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting certificate to apply for a CT / FL / AZ Non-Resident Pistol Permit.

If you did NOT safeguard this information upon completing the on-line NRA class, you MUST call the NRA to ascertain this information BEFORE coming to the Blueline class.

or you will NOT be allowed to take the class.

CLASS INFORMATION:

In order to apply for a non-resident, full carry, concealed carry license in the states of Connecticut, Florida and Arizona, a New York state resident must have

• a current, valid New York State Pistol/Revolver Permit, and
• a NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting certificate. 

This course satisfies the Phase 2 requirements of the NRA Basics of Pistol shooting.

CLASS TOPICS:

Blueline's course meets all requirements of the NRA Policies and Procedures. Other advertised courses only conduct live fire tests, and many do not register the course with the NRA. If the course is not performed in accordance with NRA Policies and Procedures, the certificate received will not be recognized by the NRA. If such a certificate is called into question by the courts, serious legal consequences my ensue.

Taking Blueline's course will provide you with the following course of instructions to insure compliance:

• Proper grip
• Proper stance
• Aiming
• Breath control
• Trigger control
• Hold control
• Follow through
• How to score targets
• Range protocol
• Actual live fire of your favorite handgun
• Stoppages, malfunctions and how to clear and correct them for both pistols and revolvers
• How to properly clean and maintain your handgun

PREREQUISITES:

• Proof of successful completion of the required online course:

• Because you will be utilizing your handgun on our Range for a portion of your class, Blueline requires that you sign a liability waiver.
