Learn To Turn A Lidded Box

Learn to turn on a wood lathe with master turner Walt Wager. Design, turn and finish your own wood box with a lid. This box can be used for jewelry, candy, change, spice . . . you decide!

You'll learn the skills of using a scroll chuck, spindle turning, using a forstner bit and bedan tools. The event will run from 9:00 - 4:30 with an hour break for lunch.

You will take home a beautiful, decorative box to keep for yourself or give as
a unique gift and the skills to make more. A fun, creative and exciting class!

Wear shoes that cover your toes, and bring a sack lunch.
All tools, safety equipment and materials are provided.
