A new year is starting. How do you move into new beginnings?

Continuum, a meditative movement practice developed by Emilie Conrad, involves practicing recognising and dissolving old patterns and habits, enabling us to fluidly embrace what is new, novel, creative and different.

Cherionna Menzam-Sills, PhD

Cherionna Menzam-Sills was authorised by Emilie Conrad in 2007 to teach Continuum in the midst of a decade of intesive study and immersion in Emilie's work. She also brings to Continuum years of training, practice as a therapist and her own extensive healing journey. Her background includes being a Somatic Dance/Movement Psychotherapist, a PhD in Pre- and Perinatal Psychology, and being a senior tutor in the field of Craniosacral Biodynamics. Her recently published book, The Breath of Life: An Introduction to Craniosacral Biodyanmics,  includes extensive writing on how to recognise, meet and hold trauma within the context of Biodynamics. Applying this understanding to Continuum has been core to her individual Continuum session work, as well as her classes.
