We have partnered with the RtI Center to live stream and provide local facilitation for the 2019 PBIS
Leadership conference.
The working agenda for the day is:
8:30- 8:50 AM- Welcome and introductions
8:50-10:00 AM -
Keynote address by Dr. Heather Peshak George.

10:00-10:30 AM - Break and facilitated conversation around keynote
10:30-11:45 AM - Redefining the Role of the Team - You will learn strategies to specifically build or refine team structures.
11:45 AM-12:45 PM - Lunch and facilitated conversation and/or action planning time
12:45-2:00 PM - Elephant in the Room: Talking about Race in Safe Spaces - We’ll share internal and external barriers that prevent schools and districts from having meaningful conversations about race that lead to improved student outcomes.
2:00-2:20 PM - Break and facilitated conversation
2:20-3:35 PM - Five Steps to Creating Positive Environments in the Classroom - We will provide five specific take-away steps with suggested strategies for relationship building, providing quick feedback and low-intensity error correction, and much more. Find an elbow partner because this session is collaborative.
3:35-3:45 PM - Facilitated conversation
Team registration is recommended for those who are at minimum Tier I trained.
