Clergy Leadership Training Institute: Fortifying Your Leadership

Brothers and Sisters, 

Join fellow clergy and the American Anglican Council at the Cove in Asheville, NC, November 11-14, 2019. This Clergy Leadership Training Institute (CLTI: Fortifying Your Leadership) seminar offers our proven, character-focused, leadership development curriculum for all clergy in the ACNA. The teaching is built around materials developed by The Rev. Geoff Chapman. He will present four sessions on, “The Pastor’s Heart.” What you receive at the conference will immensely benefit your spiritual life and your ministry.

CLTI: Fortifying Your Leadership is for leaders who have been in ministry five or more years. This 4 day seminar also addresses:

• The heart of the leader, giving you an opportunity to join a Clergy Covenant Care group.
• Developing your understanding of your strengths and weaknesses as a leader 
• How to lead based on who God made you to be. 

More About the Clergy Leadership Training Institute: 

The CLTI engages and teaches clergy at certain moments in their careers: beginning clergy, mid-career clergy, and clergy at the end of their careers.
CLTI engages clergy through 4-day teaching retreats. Along with career-point appropriate sessions, every retreat seeks to engage clergy in a Covenant Care group or Ministry Skills cohort as well as a coaching relationship. Each day includes teaching sessions, meditations, small group reflection, quiet time, “fireside chats”, and worship. The three CLTI’s offered are
