At the conclusion of this three-hour workshop, you will be well on your way to having a complete business plan for your new business, growing your business or introducing a new product.
During this three-hour workshop, you will have:
- Achieved an understanding of the business planning process.
- Become familiar with the process of developing a Business Model Canvas for your new business idea.
- Learned how to incorporate your Business Model Canvas into a LivePlan® Pitch Template.1
- Learned how to expand your Pitch into a LivePlan® Business Model Template.1

Over the past half-century, he has held numerous marketing positions, founded and operated a marketing research firm, taught marketing at several colleges and universities, and started several businesses.
