The DDA is excited to introduce Maryland Medicaid’s new Electronic Provider Revalidation and Enrollment Portal (ePREP), which is the one-stop shop for provider enrollment, re-enrollment, revalidation, information updates and demographic changes. All DDA providers must re-enroll into ePREP to be assigned a new Medical Assistance number (MA#). DDA providers will need a new base MA# for headquarters location and a linked MA# for each of your site locations. All necessary information will be shared with you during training sessions, which are noted below.
NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENROLL IN ePREP WITHOUT FIRST ATTENDING A TRAINING SESSION.
To assist you in enrolling properly and avoiding errors, the DDA has created training sessions to complete your initial enrollment in ePREP. Accounts that have been set up incorrectly will significantly delay processing time and your payments from Medicaid could be affected. The DDA highly recommends that you attend a training session to ensure the successful completion of your initial enrollment.
Upon registration, you will receive further details about necessary materials to bring to the training session. Necessary documents include:
Training sessions will be conducted throughout Maryland in the months of December and January only.
