MD Department of HealthIntroducing Maryland Medicaid’s new Electronic Provider Revalidation and Enrollment Portal (ePREP), which is the one-stop shop for provider enrollment, re-enrollment, revalidation, information updates and demographic changes. All DDA providers must re-enroll into ePREP to be assigned a new Medical Assistance number (MA#). DDA providers will need a new base MA# (for your headquarters location) and a linked MA# for each of your site locations. All necessary information will be shared with you at the training session.
NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENROLL IN ePREP WITHOUT FIRST ATTENDING A TRAINING SESSION.
To assist you in enrolling properly and avoiding errors, DDA has created training sessions to complete your initial enrollment in ePREP. Incorrectly set up accounts will significantly delay processing time and your payments from Medicaid could be affected, so we highly recommend you attend a session to complete your initial enrollment.
