Correctly pricing your product or service is crucial to your business’ success.  Price too high and you don’t get enough customers; price too low and you risk not making enough profit to keep your business afloat.  But what factors should you consider when determining price?  

This workshop will discuss critical elements small business owners should address when setting their prices from “cost plus”, to market-driven, to understanding your competition.  Whether you are selling a product or a selling a service, this workshop will help you understand the key factors that go into pricing, and thus help you optimize your pricing for your business success.

The workshop will be presented by Gloria Spence and Stu Agler. Gloria is a SCORE business counselor and was Director of Finance-Northeast Region - Hearst Television (WCVB TV) at her retirement after a 37-year career. Stu Agler is a SCORE business counselor. He retired in 2016 after a 36-year career with ExxonMobil Chemicals.
