The Elephant in the Room
The 'elephant in the room' represents our unresolved, possibly unknown, bias and prejudice. The elephant is sort of round, like the world, and in the folds of the elephant’s skin are words hidden. You have to look really hard to find them. The words are both positive and negative like: love, peace, joy, togetherness, healing, cooperation, tolerance, prosperity, hate, prejudice, bias, intolerance, segregation, anger, fear, separation. Our work is to acknowledge and examine what is present, and learn to talk about it to move forward together.

I AM Diversity -- Workshop Leadership Course led by Gino Walker
This beautiful work is a soul call from within. The purpose to explore our prejudice, bias and racism. Taking full ownership of our participation mentally and spiritually.
A personal journey, an awareness of our inner thoughts, beliefs and old stories that we have kept alive through our past experiences, media, family and social contagion.
Using Universal Principles, we will explore exercises that call us to a higher listening and meditative practice.
