3rd Annual Young Adult Retreat

Join Youth MOVE (Motivating Others through Voices of Experience) Virginia for an opportunity to connect with other young adults who believe in the power of sharing their story, peer support and effecting positive change! Similar to past retreats, we're partering with an organization that features a youth-friendly space; one that truly exemplifies youth voice and choice! This year we're proud to announce our location, at Change the World RVA (CTWRVA) . CTWRVA is an orgnization dedicated to supporting high school and college students in Richmond, VA who are experiencing homelessness and housing instability.

This retreat is designed for any young adult in a leadership position around mental health who wants to share ideas and network with other advocates in Virginia! Ideal attendees are those in both paid and unpaid roles including, youth/peer support partners, youth or college group leaders, support program facilitors, peer advocates and educators. Breakfast, lunch and refreshments will be provided. Travel stipends and lodging are available for those coming from out of town.
