IHSA invites you to exhbit, sponsor and/or advertise at our 2019 Annual Training & Parent Conference! The Conference will be held at the Bloomington-Normal Marriott Hotel & Conference Center on March 27 - 29, 2019.

Exhibitor Schedule

Set Up: Wednesday, March 27th anytime between 4:00-7:00pm

Open: Thursday, March 28th, from 7:45am-5:00pm and Friday, March 29th, 7:45-10:45am

Tear Down: Friday, March 29th anytime between 10:45am-1:00pm

The following food and/or beverages wil be served with the Exhibitors:

 Thursday / 7:45 - 9:45am / Coffee & Tea

 Thursday / 9:45 - 10:45am / Morning Break with Snacks

 Thursday / 3:00 - 4:00pm / Afternoon Break with Snacks

 Friday / 7:30 - 10:30am /  Coffee & Tea

Head Start Programs from all Across Illinois!

The Annual Conference is Illinois Head Start Association’s premier event. Marketing for this event targets Executive Directors, Head Start & Early Head Start Directors, Managers, Staff, Parents and Head Start Partners and Friends. Exhibits are a very important part of our conference and we strive to make the conference as beneficial as possible for our exhibitors. Please review the following for valuable information regarding our event including how to reserve your booth, sponsorship opportunities and important dates and information!

Limited space availability!

Exhibitors are very popular at Head Start trainings and events, and a limited number ensures a more exclusive and personal audience with our attendees. Be sure to submit your form early to reserve your space.

On a budget? Very reasonably priced space!

One skirted table and your name mentioned in the conference program booklet is just $400!

• Electricity and Internet is an additional cost and musts be ordered upon completing the form 
• To arrange for your materials to be shipped to the hotel, you must contact and arrange this with the hotel directly. 

Sponsorship

IHSA offers a number of event sponsorship opportunities, which will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.

All sponsors will receive the following benefits:

• Name Recognition at the Sponsoring Event with Signage
• Opportunity to Speak at the Podium during the Sponsored Event
• Complimentary Prime Exhibit Space (Includes 1 skirted table in the exhibit area)
• Inclusion of Sponsor's Promotional Materials in Conference Bag
• Complimentary 1/2 Page Ad in Conference Program Booklet 
• All meals included for 1 attendee
