Two-Day TPREIA /InterNACHI Educational Event

January 11-12, 2019 

 

TPREIA will begin providing our 2019 continuing education classes in January, beginning in Houston and delivering across Texas during the first two quarters.  Courses will include the 8-hours mandatory classes of the 4-hour Legal Ethics Updates and the 4-hour Standards of Practice.  These courses are required to be taken for an inspector’s license renewal.  If you’ve already taken the course during your current licensing periods, it is not necessary that you take it again.  TPREIA and InterNACHI members are welcome to take the class again, should you wish.  Class interaction is invaluable to the learning process.

We’ll also offer an 8-hour course on Walls, including fire separation between garages and habitable spaces, between townhomes, duplexes and other multi-family dwellings.  Exterior veneers, finishes, flashing and treatments will round out the course.
