Celebrating its 35th year, the Spring Conference is the pinnacle event of the Chemistry Council of New Jersey, bringing together more than 200 executives from the chemistry industry, representing companies in the chemical, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, petroleum refining, consumer products, flavors and fragrances, and precious metal sectors. The conference is the perfect event for you to market to key industry decision makers by advertising, sponsoring or exhibiting. The 35th Annual Spring Conference will take place at the Ocean Resort, Atlantic City,  on Monday, May 6 through Tuesday, May 7, 2019.

This site has been established to streamline the process of selecting the package that is right for you. This site is only to reserve and purchase the sponsorship, exhibit space, or ad of your choosing. 

Once you purchase your package, you’ll receive a confirmation from the registration system. A staff member will then contact you via email to confirm what's included with your package, inform you of logistics, and review the process of registering those attendees that are included with your package if applicable.

*Please note, that there is a price differential for non-member companies selecting to only exhibit at this year's conference. As well, please note for exhibit only purchases, the price will increase by $100 at the end of January, and $100 more at the end of each month leading up to conference to encourage exhibitors to secure their spots early.  We will also assign location of exhibits based on your sponsorship level and day/time of your selection.

Cancellation Policies

Exhibitor ONLY Cancellations received on or before Friday, April 5, 2019 will receive a full refund less $100 processing fee.  If you cancel after Friday, April 5, 2019 or are a "no show", you will be responsible for full payment.  Substitution of attendees may be made at any time. 

All other sponsorship packages are final.

The CCNJ Annual Spring Conference is promoted as a member company event. Invitations may be extended by CCNJ and other member companies to individuals who may be interested in attending.  All member and non-member companies are invited to consider supporting the conference through sponsorships, advertising, and/or exhibiting, as well, any non-member company wishing to participate as an attendee or sponsor may contact Elvin Montero or Eileen Domanico at 609.392.4214.
