Victoria Williams is the Volunteer Coordinator with the Clay County Public Library System. She started her library career in 2005 in North Manchester, Indiana. She has held multiple positions from Children’s Services to Marketing and Outreach Coordinator. She has a passion for promoting library services and embedding her library into the community. Victoria has a strong belief that everyone can find a space in the library, we must simply invite them in. |
Jenna Hassell is the Community Relations and Marketing Coordinator at the Jacksonville Public Library. While she has been working in marketing for five years, she started her library marketing career in 2017. She presented at the Library Marketing and Communications Conference in St. Louis, MO, and attended Social Media Day Jax Conference in 2018. Jenna has a passion for email marketing, content marketing, and collection promotion. She is also the creator and co-host of the Jacksonville Public Library podcast, Completely Booked. |
