How to Start a Business - The Simple Steps

This is a class about decisions and preparation. It is a blueprint of how to move from dreams to a plan, and from planning to ownership. In 3 hours we will cover subjects relevant to getting started in your own business including the ingredients necessary to reach a "Go; no Go" decision, choosing the right business model, and establishing realistic goals. We will discuss the fundamental types of business plans, forecasting, financing options, marketing today and basic record keeping. And, where to get help.

There will be multiple presenters with diverse backgrounds and skills bringing over 150 years of combined business experience to the classroom; all wanting to help you learn how to get started.
