Carolyn Gray is a former Human Resources Manager with over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, Leadership, Management, Personal Development and Training.

She has designed and presented training on Leadership and Human Resources Management topics and has served as keynote speaker, conference facilitator for educational entities, government agencies, churches and civic groups.

Carolyn is a Consultant, Certified Professional Coach, Certified Personality Trainer, Speaker, Workshop Facilitator and Etiquette Consultant. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and is a Distinguished Toastmaster. She is a member of International Coach Federation, Houston Charter Chapter; Women on a Mission to Earn Commission (WOAMTEC) , The Woodlands Chapter; Advisory board member, Montgomery County Association of Business Women (MCABW), Conroe, Texas; Advisory Board Member, iGoPink | Breast Cancer Charities of America (BBCA), The Woodlands, Texas and Advisory board member, Services Cooperative Association's Womens Business Center, Houston, Texas.

She is the author of six books and is internationally recognized for her book: All About ME* (*Manners and Etiquette).

Stacey Jata is a long-time resident of Conroe, Texas. She has a background in marketing, public relations, writing, speaking, and sales. Her work ethic and grit was developed from a young age in her entrepreneurial family. After having received extensive corporate and sales training, as well as having been the recipient of Achievement Coaching and Mentorship, she developed a deep interest in the field of personal development. Through her own positive experience, she felt compelled to help others build their best lives.

She is a Certified Independent Member of the John C. Maxwell Team as a Trainer, Speaker, and Coach. Her passion is to help people live an unmuted life and cultivate them to be the best version of themselves. John C. Maxwell’s approach to leadership, his teaching, and philosophy resonate with her own, which makes the John Maxwell Team the perfect fit for her mission. She helps people in transition, those seeking success systems, and seekers of a purpose driven life. She focuses her attention on work-life balance, leadership, communication, and personal development.

Stacey has been married for 18 years and has two children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, entertaining and traveling. Her greatest joy is found with her family, church, and friends. She loves to celebrate, and laugh as often as possible.

Her creative endeavors inlcude her two blog sites where she shares a variety of insights and musings. Her second chidren's book is releasing in early 2019 and stay tuned for an upcoming podcast also beginning in early 2019.

Her current works in the community include serving as President of the Board for the Tri-County Consumer Foundation, serving as a Board Member of the Conroe Noon Lions Club, and serving as the Conroe High School’s LEO Club Advisor. She is a member of The Woodlands Chapter of ABWA.
