Annual Expungement and Record Sealing Summit

The Macon County Circuit Clerk's Office will host an annual Expungement and Record Sealing Summit in partnership with many local organizations on Saturday, February 2nd, 2019.  The event will be held at Richland Community College - Shilling Center.  The Summit is designed to provide free legal assistance to those who wish to clear or mask a criminal record of a previous conviction. This eliminates the conviction stigma when an individual applies for employment and housing.

REGISTRATION IS FULL

Volunteers will work in a variety of roles to include;

• signing-in clients and directing them to the waiting area
• guides to lead clients through the stations
• ushers for the orientation.
