Join Dr. Sean Gallagher, Executive Director of Northeastern’s Center for the Future of Higher Education          and Talent Strategy who will share recent research on the value of educational credentials through                  the eyes of employers.

Dr. Gallagher will look at changes in hiring and credentials over 5 years along with discussing                              the rise of Talent Analytics, Skills-Based hiring, Online and Micro Credentials. Following the                  presentation of survey data, hear from local Charlotte businesses about their views on candidate                  credentials in the hiring process. 

Dr. Cheryl Richards, CEO and Regional Dean of Northeastern University–Charlotte, will offer opening remarks.
