The Jacksonville Sports Medicine Program (BOC AP# P3634) is approved by the Board of Certification, Inc. to provide continuing education to Athletic Trainers. This program is eligible for a maximum of 6.5 EBP / Category A hours / CEUs.  ATs should claim only those hours actually spent participating in the CE activity.

Four weeks prior to the start of the scheduled meeting – full refund minus $25.00 processing fee. Three weeks prior to the start of the scheduled meeting – 50% refund. Less than two weeks prior to the start of the meeting – 0% refund
