Clinic Overview
The Pediatric Complex Care TeleECHO™ Clinic is designed for primary care providers including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other independently licensed providers in the provision of pediatric primary care.
The clinic provides you with access to a panel of pediatric experts who will help you provide best practice care through up-to-date screening tools, assessments, evidence-based guidelines, and resources for you, your patients, and caregivers.
Using video-conferencing technology, you’ll connect with Community Health Network of Connecticut Inc.’s (CHNCT) Project ECHO® team, experts in the field of pediatric medicine, and a community of colleagues from around the state who are committed to improving the care of Connecticut’s children.
