The tradition of The Indigo Connection's spring women's retreat continues in a new lakefront site at The Lodge at Geneva on the Lake.   Our conference facilities will give you access to walking paths, bike trails (free 1 hour daily bike rental with your stay), beach, pools, fitness center, cute shops and MORE.

Retreat Intention:  Our retreat will allow deep nurturing of the body and soul through sound therapy, movement, EFT, meditation, food, ceremony and time in nature. Prepare for magical healing experiences with wise women as physical and energy meet under a radiant FULL Moon. You will practice and build astounding skills for managing your energies, attracting experiences and connecting with unlimited possibilities.

Friday evening:  Unwind and melt into deep relaxation under the guidance of Bev. Weaver, Certified Sound Therapy and Meditation Practitioner. This marvelous Sound Bath allows a pleasant shift of brainwaves to promote peace, calm and a deep state of relaxation as the healing frequencies move through the physical and energetic body.  This is healing to every cell, organ and tissue as you are comfortably bathed in soothing musical sound waves from a variety of sound therapy instruments.

Saturday Morning: Living the Mystery - Your Divine Gateway to Transformation and Attraction.  Betsy  Muller and Annette Hemminger  co-facilitating.  “Life is a mystery to be lived, not a problem to be solved.”  Visit magical places as you commune with your guides, angels, and Divine Self to honor and upgrade your most sacred sensitivities.  Experience this inner journey in a safe and sacred space as you use concepts of color, sacred geometry, vibration, music, meridian energy flow, heart coherence, imagination and focused intention to release blocks, balance and expanding your energies. Prepare to awaken your heart and soul to live the dreams that truly matter.

Saturday Afternoon:  Free time for enjoying the beauty of Geneva on the Lake.  Hike, bike, explore, shop, read or rest.  Healing sessions with practitioners will also be available.

Saturday Evening:  Holding Your Highest Energetic Setpoint.  Annette and Betsy co-facilitating.   Revisiting the experiences of your morning session and free time, you will reflect on what has surfaced so far. What additional alignment is needed to nurture your highest self, sustaining high energy and maintaining healthy balance?  At sunset, gather at our fire circle overlooking Lake Erie for a magical integration activity under a brilliant full moon.

Sunday Morning: Planting Seeds of Deservedness, and Nurturing Self-Worth and Embodying Your Desires Celebrate the beautiful, magnificent, wonderful person that you are and take home a creative touchstone to encourage your journey.  Using watercolors, words and your new awareness, create a work of art to inspire living the presence of your highest self.  Diane DiFrancesco will lead you in exploring your beliefs on self-worth and self-love.  She will invite you to meditate, imagine and create a vision of what you truly want and deserve.  Integrate your creative morning with a multidimensional moving meditation with Annette, as you embody the shift you truly desire. The group will conclude our retreat by honoring the Divine messages that have flowed and create a plan to  energetically support each other beyond the weekend.  Retreat concludes at 1PM.

Meet our Leadership Team

Betsy Muller MBA, ACP-EFT, CEHP, Certified Soul Detective, Master Trainer of Emotional Freedom Techniques, Author and Coach   As an experienced transformational coach, trainer and energy practitioner, Betsy loves facilitating groups and witnessing the rapid shifts that happen when human energy is harnessed in positive ways.  Leading segments throughout the weekend, you'll experience EFT, mindfulness, energy balancing, movement and more in a safe judgment-free zone. Betsy hosts this event, facilitates group sharing and initiates many energizing experiences throughout the weekend.  www.createandconnectbrilliantly.com 

Bev Weaver, Certified Sound Therapist.  After working 23 years as a Barber, hearing stories from highly stressed clients, she became very curious about new ways to silence the "mind chatter". She was invited to a sound bath session and was totally blown away.  As she became curious about the healing power of sound, she began collecting dozens of wonderful instruments, and intense joy emerged. She is having FUN.  Bev will lead a luxurious sound bath therapy session for the group on Friday evening.  You won't want to miss this. SoundTherapyGirl@gmail.com

Annette Hemminger, RN, LMT. Annette combines her knowledge of anatomy and physiology of the physical body with her intuitive perceptions to create a unique experience for each client.  In addition to her credentials as a Registered Nurse and Licensed Massage Therapist, Annette is also a Reiki Master and Certified Energy Practitioner through Reiki Awakening Academy.  Other certifications include Metatron Colour Healing System practitioner, Certified Health Coach, and Shamanic Reiki Master. In December 2014, she became a Certified Chakradance Facilitator. Chakradance is a moving meditation experience.  She has incorporated all of these modalities into a personal experience of integrating body, mind and spirit called Living the Mystery, which will be premiered at The Indigo Connection's 2019 Retreat.  http://massagetherapyandmovement.com

Diane DiFrancesco, Transformational Coach and Certified EFT Practitioner  After decades working as an IT Consultant, Diane chose to pursue a new path, honoring her love for creative expression and personal transformation.  She began by studying to become a Creative Insight Journey Facilitator and soon also completed AAMET EFT practitioner certification.  Diane has a private coaching practice offering individual and group sessions using EFT Tapping as well.  Diane will facilitate the creative touchstone activity on Sunday morning. https://www.facebook.com/pg/connecttoyourjoy
