CSL Team Leaders:

Rosemary Cox, Certified Sage-ing® Leader, Sage-ing Circle Facilitator - Lead Facilitator, Education Coordinator for Sage-ing International, is a retired social worker with broad experience in healthcare, groups, elder community development, brain health, and retreat leadership. She is co-author of the Heart of Aging program.

Linda Cronk, Certified Sage-ing® Leader, Sage-ing Circle Facilitator   - Co-Facilitator, is a retired Educator for Michigan State University Extension, with an academic focus on gerontology and community-based research. She was a master trainer with the Stanford University Chronic Disease Self Management Program and trained professionals about health issues of older adults.

Cindy Siemers, Certified Sage-ing® Leader, Sage-ing Circle Facilitator - Co-Facilitator/Tech Host, is a Licensed Master Social Worker focused on spirituality and aging in the second half of life. Cindy is also a regression therapist and energy healing practitioner. Her passion is synthesizing wisdom from Eastern and Western traditions to invoke a paradigm shift "from Aging to Sage-ing."

Al Rider, Certified Sage-ing® Leader, Sage-ing Circle Facilitator -
Tech Host, pursued his calling as a pastoral leader, spiritual director, career counselor, and counselor-trainer through early adoption and implementation of digital learning systems while offering American Counseling Association certification programs. Now retired, Al serves as the Tech-Webinar Coordinator for Sage-ing International.
