With over 25 years of experience, Nora Madonick is a seasoned communications strategist who has built her reputation developing research-based awareness and engagement programs on issues that matter to Americans-in energy, transportation, safety, and the environment. Nora combines her keen understanding of strategic communications, audience engagement, partnership building, market trends and conditions, with her skills as a brand manager to make campaigns effective, efficient, measurable, and memorable, leveraging traditional and digital media, along with outreach tactics, special events, and awareness-building promotion. She is practiced in developing and implementing strategic communication solutions for public and private sector clients, with a specialty in transportation and energy initiatives.

Nora's strategic communications acumen is demonstrated in such notable projects as the Mario M. Cuomo Bridge outreach and opening strategy and FHWA's It All Adds Up to Cleaner Air national air quality campaign. She led ASC in the development of outreach strategies to support New York City Department of Transportation's pilot commuter incentive program Go Smart NYC and developed the strategic approach and branding for Let’s GO CT!, a Governor’s statewide transportation initiative.. Nora also guided communications strategy on the Lower Manhattan Coastal Resiliency Project for the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Shea has worked for nearly eight years with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration to launch and integrate new national safety programs targeting the large truck and bus industry, providing actionable marketing strategy that is helping to save lives on the Nation’s roads.

Nora earned a BA in English Literature/Women's Studies, cum laude, from the State University of New York. She completed graduate studies in Corporate and Political Communication at Fairfield University and at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications of Syracuse University. She recently completed the highly-competitive 10,000 Small Businesses Program with Goldman Sachs.

Rachel Adler, Senior Account Manager, Arch Street Communications

 

Rachel A. Adler is a certified social media strategist with vast experience in managing external public relations, public affairs, new media, and media agencies. Formally she was the Digital Media & 5G Telecomm Business Development Manager for Fairfax County Economic Development Authority, and the former Founder and Executive Director for Social Media Week Fairfax (‘17 & ’18). Prior to that, she was at American Public University System (American Public University & American Military University), ranked as the top online universities by U.S. News & World Report, where she did all thing digital from social media, mobile application development and new media marketing. Additionally, she worked under Governor Andrew M. Cuomo at Empire State Development, NYS economic development agency doing digital communication in public affairs from 2011-2013 and messaging during Super Storm Sandy.
