We will explore the health benefits of a planted based diet in the prevention and management of chronic diseases and the role of anti-inflammatory herbs and spices. This class is designed to help participants adopt a more whole foods plant based diet by providing support, education and simple recipes for success!
Tish and Carol will discuss the "food as medicine" approach to optimal health and well-being. We will prepare a variety anti-inflammatory whole food recipes for Winter and have nourishing tasty samplings!
