This workshop focuses on ways of designing an effective Pilates lesson plan looking through a classical Pilates lens. Students will learn how to teach to the body in front of them while providing structure, a means of measurement and consistency for their clients.  Students will learn how to progress and find various ways of creating success for their clients.
