Conflict occurs daily in business life. When committed people work together toward an important vision or goal, there is invariably conflict. The way conflict is resolved can make a big difference in how employees, customers, and owners feel about the individuals and the organization. From this workshop, you will learn:

2) How does healthy conflict help your organization with customers and employees?
3) How to solve conflict between individuals in a way that allows them to express their frustration while working to strengthen relationships and move forward in a constructive manner.
