Michigan Conference United Church of Christ 2019 Annual Meeting 

Thank you for visiting our online registration for the 54th Annual Meeting of the Michigan Conference of the United Church of Christ! The theme for this year's meeting is "How Are the Children?" It will feature a keynote address by Rev. Starsky Wilson, the President and CEO of The Deaconess Foundation in St. Louis that is helping to change the lives of children in that metropolitan area. Local church delegates and guests will also receive many takeaway resources that can be used to better the lives of children and youth in their home communities.

This will be the second year that Youth@AnnualMeeting will offer parallel programming for the youth of our churches. The goal is for youth to intersect with annual meeting and have their own adventures. Young people will engage with the keynote speaker, participate in worship, experience the wider church and share in faith formation, fun, and fellowship. These events will include an overnight at nearby Portage UCC and a service project in Kalamazoo.

Overnight Lodging:  Two (2) room blocks have been secured at two area hotels. Please see the information below to arrange your overnight stay.

Meals available at Annual Meeting: Please choose ONLY (1) ONE LUNCH PER DAY - PER PERSON. There is the option to choose TWO lunches - but only if you are registering a guest on your form as well. Thank you! 

Friday Lunch, is theme appropriate, "Brown Bag Lunch"- sandwich, apple, & a cookie (for trading). Please indicate what type of sandwich you prefer. 

Saturday Lunch is a Sandwich Buffet Luncheon with Garden Vegetable soup; includes fruit salad, chips, pickle and dessert. Please indicate your sandwich choice.

Evening Dinner Award Banquet - Hors D' Oeuvres beginning at 5:30 p.m. - includes your choice of Chicken Grand Traverse or Pasta Primavera - along with a choice of garden or strawberry salad, herbed rice, broccoli & carrots, rolls w/butter and dessert.

If you plan to attend the Friday Evening Dinner Award Banquet, please remember to ADD the Award Dinner on your registration. The cost to attend is $25.00.

Please use the safe and secure Paypal option to close out your registration. You do not need a paypal account; simply choose debit/credit card and follow the instructions. If you must pay by check, please mail your check within 1-2 business days of registering. We will accept payment at the door for those registering the day of Annual Meeting, otherwise please plan to pay your registration fees prior to Annual Meeting. This will cut down on long lines at the registration table and a more enjoyable experience for all. We appreciate your help!

Deadline to Register:  October 2, 2019
If you register after October 2nd or at the door your registration fee will not include lunch. Registration fee for Friday & Saturday (w/o lunch) is $35. $25 to attend Friday OR Saturday. Please plan to get lunch on your own. Thank you!
