These 3 one bowl meals will keep you on track eating healthy, delicious, whole
foods. All of them can be dressed up for a dinner party or meal prepped on the weekend for quick, satisfying weekday lunches or dinner. And with countless ingredient combinations, you can please everyone at the table! In this hands on class, Mary will teach 3 delicious Grain Bowl combinations - Thai, Mexican and Indian, using fresh ingredients and a variety of hearty grains. There will be both vegetarian and meat options for each grain bowl. We’ll eat everything we make and taste beer and wine to compliment the menu.
