200 POINT TOURNAMENT

The event will be restricted to 200 point from only one faction and no Elite lists are allowed.

Games & Missions

4 games total will give us an overal winner using a Swiss scoring event

Each game will be played using the following timing rules - 5 Mins per player max for set up, this excludes rolling for objectives, recon effects and any other pre game issues.  You will then have 30 mins to complete 5 turns.  Failure to complete your side of the game within the alloted 30 mins will result in a deduction of 5 Tournament Points.

• Store will open from 8.30am
• Game 1 (9:30AM - 11:00AM) 
• Game 2 (11:15PM - 12.45PM) 
• Game 3 (2.00PM - 3.30PM) 
• Game 4 (3.45pm - 5.15PM) 

Award Ceremony 5.30PM

Rules :We are using Rules as written from the main rule book with a few exceptions:

1. Official rules for deadzone: outbreak updates and all relevant FAQs
2. Each game will be played to 20 VPs, however the game ends at the completion of a full turn.
3. No Mercenaries, Elite factions or Mars Attack Martians are allowed
4. Force restrictions as per core rulebook
5. Recon Effects will be in play
6. Secret Missions will NOT be in play

What to Bring:

1. A good Attitude!
2. Command dice are mandatory & D8s, any counters required
3. Chess clock or App
4. An Army! (All miniatures must be WYSIWYG and have at least a basic paint job).
5. Any proxy use must be cleared by the event organiser prior to the event.
6. A rule book and any errata or FAQ you may think is relevant 
7. Two hard copies of your army list.

Point Totals -

• Points will be awarded as follows:
• 3 points for scenario victory
• 2 Points for scenario draw
• 1 Point for a scenario defeat
• 1 Point for killing the opposing leader
• 1 Point for scoring 5 - 10 VPs in the game
• 2 Points for scoring 11-15 VPs in the game
• 3 Points for scoring 16+ VPs in the game
• VPs for and against will be used as a modifier to score.

Tournament Organiser is the final judge for any issues involving interpretation of rules.
