Registration Day Sign-Up

Registration Day allows students to register for classes for the upcoming semester. To register for classes students will need to attend one of the Registration Days offered throughout the spring and summer. To attend one of these dates, please click REGISTER below. We look forward to seeing you soon!

You'll need a student number (S#) to complete the form. If you haven't applied for admission to Northeasterm, please apply here. If you have applied and need assistance with your S#, please call 970-521-7000.

Once your registration is complete, be sure to view the additional registration details on the confirmation page and be on the lookout for a confirmation email. View the Registration Day Checklist below for items that need to be completed before attending Registration Day.

Registration Day Checklist:

1. If needed, take the placement test. We strongly encourage students to complete testing ahead of time. All community colleges within the Colorado Community College System offer the Accuplacer Placement Test. To see if you need to take the accuplacer, please contact the Office of Student Success at 970-521-6663.

2. If you would like to change your major, please contact the Office of Student Success. This could change the placement testing you need.

3. Send your "official" transcripts. This includes official documents: high school with graduation date, GED completion, concurrent enrollment transcripts from the college you've received credit from, AP/CLEP exam scores from the College Board, and/or transcripts from any other college credit you've received.

4. Turn in your housing application. Freshmen students must live on campus, for exceptions to this visit

5. Turn in your immunization records (2 Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) vaccinations for all students and Meningitis if you're living in the residence halls).

6. Log into your student portal (NJC ACCESS) and activate your email. For this you'll need your S# and password. For first-time log-in try your 6-digit birthday (ex. January 1, 1998 (010198)). Click on the student email icon, in the upper right-hand corner, and follow the instructions.

7. Log into Navigate. This will be your one-stop-shop for student information. Once you're logged into your ACCESS portal you'll be able to find the Navigate platform.

8. Order your iPad. Northeastern is an iPad college and every student is required to have an iPad. You don't need to bring your iPad to Registration Day. However, there will be an informational session. You can order your iPad through NJC and have the option to pay using your Financial Aid. Please call 970-521-6728 for more information.

9. Bring a valid photo I.D. (state issued I.D., driver's license, passport, or current high school I.D.).

Congratulations on taking the next step in your college experience! We look forward to having you as a part of #northeasternjc.
