Join UI on a trip to the Mediterranean and enjoy the flavors of Italy with chef Josie Cassandra as she prepares a special Italian meal for us and shares her cooking secrets.
Chef Josie's cooking abilities were inherited directly from her mother, an Italian immigrant. After enrolling in the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco at age 50, Josie perfected her skills and became a world class chef. After graduating with honors, she headed back to Los Angeles and became an Executive Chef in Beverly Hills and Malibu restaurants and even catered private dinner parties for the stars.
Retiring in Greer, she now gives cooking lessons in the Upstate community. The evening of Italian Cooking and Culture will include delicious homemade appetizers, an entree and dessert, paired with the perfect glass of wine. We look forward to sharing this exquisite evening with you!
