Cancellation Policy:
Registrations are transferable to another member of the registrant's organization with written notice. To receive registration refund, notice of cancellation must be received in writing no later than May 20, 2019. No refunds will be processed after this date. If you are exhibiting and would like the same table as last year (see 2018 layout below), please let me know as soon as possible. If you would like a different location, please review the preliminary layout for 2019 and indicate your preference(s) on the registration form. We will make every effort to put you in your requested spot. Gold and Silver sponsors will have first preference; other exhibitor requests will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

If you are planning on attending the conference you MUST register even if you only plan to attend one day or just be at the exhibit hall. In order to keep our costs reasonable and fair for everyone, we have to stick to this policy and ask for your cooperation. If you are there and you haven't registered, you will receive an invoice. Remember, you can now pay with a credit card - either on line or at the event.
Sponsorships are available for this event. We have some fantastic benefits that you may want to review before registering.
- The Gold Sponsorship ($3,500) includes TWO exhibit tables (with electricity if needed), TWO activity passes, AND registration for two company representatives. That is a $1,450 value just for conference activities and also includes signage and recognition throughout the program.
