Join AAHOA and the Oklahoma Hotel & Lodging Association for Hospitality Day and  "A Tasteful Affair" Legislative Reception on February 6  in Oklahoma City!

Thanks to our friends at the Oklahoma Hotel & Lodging Association, these events are free to attend for AAHOA members, however, you MUST register in advance to secure complimentary registration. Spots are filling up quickly. February 5 is the last day to register.  

Oklahoma Hospitality Day and "A Tasteful Affair" Legislative Reception Agenda:

• 9:30 AM: Member issues briefing (The briefing will now be held in Room 419C at the Oklahoma State Capitol.)

• 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Hospitality Day at the Capitol (Oklahoma State Capitol): Following the briefing, members will distribute information to their representatives and senators. 

• 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM: "A Tasteful Affair" Legislative Reception (Chevy Brickdown Events Center, 429 E California Avenue, OKC, OK 73104)

Best parking options by the Capitol:

• Park in the east parking lot and enter the Capitol through the east doors

• Park in the south parking lot and enter the Capitol through the south entrance
