One of the principles of Holistic Medicine is based on the belief that unconditional love and support is the most powerful healer, and that each person is ultimately responsible for his or her own health and well-being. Many practitioners and healers talk about “gut health” and view the gut as the distribution center for our energy.  The Navel (gut) Chakra is how we digest our food on the inner level and how we digest our life on the outer level.

But what about the feeding and nourishment of our Heart?

Our Heart is like the ocean that nourishes and feeds every cell in our being. What we feed our heart is the underlying cause and effect of how we love and view ourselves and our own self-worth. It is a healthy heart that lays the foundation on how we interact and move forward with others as friends and how we create intimate relationships.

Healing comes when we feed our wounded and hurt heart with compassion and love. In this class, we will learn to heal old wounds and open ourselves in healing our two most powerful Chakras. Bringing about a new level of wholeness, peace, healing and oneness.

This class will be facilitated by Shaman Jeff Wheeler. Shaman Jeff is caretaker of two Ancient Crystal Skulls, Pipe Carrier for Three Nations, Reiki Master, Tibetan Reiki Master, recognized as a healer and given the Medicine Buddha Empowerment and John of God Crystal Bed Practitioner.
